Heavy Chain
Specify the chain ID for the heavy chain (e.g., 'A'). Used mainly for antibody design.
Light Chain

Antigen Chain
Enter the chain ID for the antigen (e.g., 'C') if designing an antibody-antigen complex.
Number of Sequences per Target
Set how many designed sequences you want to generate per structure. Example: 10.
Sampling Temperature
Controls sequence diversity: lower values (e.g., 0.2) generate more conservative designs, higher values create more diverse options.
Regions
Select which antibody loop regions to redesign (e.g., 'CDR-H1 CDR-H3'); default targets main CDR loops.
ESM-IF1 Evaluation Mode
Enable (TRUE) or disable (FALSE) evaluation of designed sequences using the ESM-IF1 inverse folding model.
